THE "C" IN STAC - WHY COMMUNITY MATTERS

ADVICE ON HOMESCHOOLING THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL, FROM A COLLEGE ADMISSION EXPERT

CRITICAL THINKING IN THE ELEMENTARY CLASSROM: MODELING GOOD QUESTIONS, EMOTIONAL REGULATION, AND JOY
The people who choose to offer classes at STAC come from a wide variety of backgrounds with all sorts of experience. AT STAC, WE DO ART!
At STAC, we have art classes available for kids from preschool age through high school. All students are welcome, no matter their level of experience. This month, we hear from Tiffany Ard and Libby Mathis about why they teach art, and why they think it is important.

NEW TO HOMESCHOOLING? COME ON IN!
Every parent at STAC was once a “new” homeschooler. In fact, our community is composed of a wide array of homeschooling families. Some are just starting out and some are preparing to see their oldest kids graduate. We have families that always intended to homeschool, and those that fell into homeschooling because public school was not a good fit.

STAC is not back “in session” until early September, so what does this back to school season mean for us?
